App is used to build templates for apartment complexes in order to rate the quality of the complex. This app allows you to build templates for rooms, units and complexes. When walking through a unit, a user can select what type of unit this is and define what aspects/amenities of the unit need to be repaired, replaced or are good. There is a cost analysis with each amenity which can give the consumer a price as to how much it would take to upgrade the complex.
